His Imperial Majesty Ivan VII Aleksandrovytch serves as Head of State of the Empire of Pavlov, a micronation established in 2012 with cultural inspiration drawn from Kievan Rus and Byzantine traditions.
He has long been active within the international micronational community, particularly in matters of heraldry, court protocol, diplomacy, and governance, and was a member of the organizing committee for MicroCon 2023 Chicago.
