Come over to the venue and set up your presentation table. Meet everyone else that’s there and get to know each other. We’ll be having dinner at a restaurant close by on the historical market square.

We will be visiting “The Last Post” at the Menin Gate at 20:00 (important: medals and micronational uniforms will not be tolerated by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission). Afterward, we’ll have a drink and small bite at one of the local pubs.

We expect everyone at 09:00 at the venue to start the morning with diplomatic meetings and interactions between the attendees in diverse workshops.

A small lunch will be served at the venue for all attendees.

From 13:00 until 17:00 the event will be open for the press.

All attendees and their guests are invited to the a diplomatic reception and dinner at the venue.

For those who will say until Sunday afternoon/evening. We’ve got something special planned. A battle tour! This is a tourist tour in and around Ypres that examines events and landmarks important to the Battle of Passchendaele, where so many people gave their lives to protect our freedom during World War 1. This is a MUST see experience and an addition to the Last Post at the Menin Gate!
